Maura is a member of the Jane Austen Society of North America – Indy Region. Once a year, she hosts a fabulouso tea for members at her home and we have a great book discussion. This tea’s book was Emma, my fourth favorite novel by Austen. Maura’s savories and sweets are first class and the fact we can get more than a dozen folks comfortably in her living room is a feat in itself! I look forward to it each year — and I’m sad I had to miss 2019’s tea!!
